Delete your prken. account

You can delete your account directly in the app. No login is required to view this page. Follow the steps below to understand the process and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm deletion.

What happens

  • The Auth0 account is permanently deleted.
  • Personal profile data is deleted.
  • Consent information is deleted.

Observations

Parking observations are anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.

Retention

Legal obligations may require retaining certain records for the legally required period.
