Delete your prken. account
You can delete your account directly in the app. No login is required to view this page. Follow the steps below to understand the process and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
If you only joined the early-access list
Joining the waitlist creates an account, but the app stays closed until your invitation is issued — so the steps above are not open to you yet. Write to hello@prken.ch from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you.
There is nothing else to delete: an early-access account holds the email address you registered, and the name, device and city you gave us. No parking observations, no profile, no app data.
What happens
- The Auth0 account is permanently deleted.
- Personal profile data is deleted.
- Consent information is deleted.
Observations
Parking observations are anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
Retention
Legal obligations may require retaining certain records for the legally required period.
